My love for fitness and wellness accidentally lead me to yoga in 2002. I embraced the opportunity to take the Prairie Yoga teacher training program in 2008 at Cascade Yoga Studio. After completing teacher training, a consistent meditation practice has brought a whole new depth of understanding to my practice and life. I continue to learn thorough several different movement methods and I have also completed a 300 hour teacher training with Theresa Murphy. Currently, I am working towards finishing Ashley Turner's Yoga, Psyche. Soul. 300 hour online training and have certified as a functional movement specialist. The classes I offer center around breath lead movement with an emphasis on creating healthy movement patterns(physically and mentally). I aim to thread all 8 limbs of practice into my teaching style so that there is an opportunity for participants to cultivate the truth of who they are and why they are here. My hope for students upon leaving a class lead by me is that they feel more clear, connected, aligned, and alive.
