Unwind and Breathe Easy: Restorative Yoga with Rachael

Spring is just around the corner, and with winter life winding down, take a night for yourself to renew your body and mind in preparation for the change of season. Restorative yoga is a gentle option that is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience, with modifications
available for any limitations of the body. We will use a mix of gentle asana, meditation, and breath-work to support and relieve.
All props provided - just bring yourself, some cozy socks, and a friend (or two!)
